Shipping & Delivery

Every Taino Gold order is fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partner platform. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • U.S. domestic shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
  • Puerto Rico & Caribbean: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days, depending on customs in destination country

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us using the form below.

Holiday season note: Orders placed during major drops or holiday weeks may take 1–2 extra business days to process. Thanks for your patience.

Returns & Refunds

We want every piece you wear from Taino Gold to feel right. If something is off, here is how returns work:

  • Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • How: Email us at the contact form below with your order number and reason for return. We will email a return label.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund posts to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Exchanges: Yes, in stock items. Just say so in your return message.

Items we cannot accept back: Final sale items, gift cards, custom or made-to-order pieces, or items that show signs of wear.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Hats — All hats are adjustable via snapback closure or velcro strap. One size fits most adult heads (22"–24" circumference). Bucket hats are stretch fit.

How long does shipping take?

Check the Size Guide above. Our apparel runs true to standard US streetwear sizing. All hats are adjustable and one-size-fits-most.
Are these designs authentic Taíno symbols?
Yes. Every symbol used in Taino Gold designs — the zemí mask, the guanín sun, the sacred spirals — is rooted in authentic Taíno petroglyphs and cultural artifacts. We do not use generic "tribal" imagery. We are Taíno-specific, Caribbean-specific, real.
Who is Efrain DeJesus?
Efrain DeJesus is the founder, designer, and creative force behind Taino Gold. The brand was born from his pride in Caribbean Taíno heritage. All designs, brand identity, and creative works are his intellectual property.
How can I track my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, items in original condition (unworn, tags attached) are eligible for return or exchange. See the Returns section above.
